Canary Shuttle Tenerife

Used canary shuttle shared coach option for both transfers. Good value compared to other companies at €11 pp each way. Waiting time at airport was around 30 minutes to set off. Coach was clean and comfortable and we were very impressed with the skill of the driver negotiating very narrow and busy roads around the resorts. The return journey was within 5 minutes of the scheduled time and got us to the airport 2.5hrs before our flight. More than happy with the service and would use again.

We booked the shuttle as we have a 7 month old and couldn't find alternative transport with a baby seat. We got to the desk at 18:30 but because the lady at the desk kept us waiting we did miss the shuttle so we got onto the next one and it didn't leave for an hour. We didn't see any information about it only leaving every hour so it was quite a long wait after a long flight and with a baby. We also then had to stop at various hotels for other passengers so we didn't get to the hotel til 9pm. For our return flight we got an email saying we would be collected at 5am for a flight at 11am but on the website we could only input our required pick up time. I emailed to say the 8am was our pick up time not our flight time and they then said they would collect us at 6:45am. Unfortunately it was way too early for our flight and to sit with a baby for that long so our hotel arranged a taxi with a seat and it was 30e but we were happy to pay that for the extra time as we got breakfast and it only took 5 mins by taxi. I probably wouldn't recommend unless you're happy to wait to get to your hotel but I just thought the pick up time was extremely early

Our flight was delayed but we contacted the company and they said they would track our flight and provide our transfer when we arrived. On arrival the person at the desk didn't seem or want to know anything about us, telling us that because our flight had been delayed the driver had gone home. Following a discussion a driver miraculously appeared and brought us to our destination. He assured a driver would definitely be there for our return journey. At 3.30am there was no sign of a driver or bus to bring us back to the airport. After eventually getting someone to talk to on the phone, a driver and bus appeared about half an hour later. he brought us to the airport and promptly asked for payment and he wouldn't let us out of the bus until we paid although we explained our transport had already been paid to Canary Shuttle. Our experience of Canary Shuttle was that we paid dearly for no service and all we got was stress. Would definitely NOT recommend. Not even worth one star

Horrible experience bus nowhere to be seen 2 hours after pick up point even tho they gonna write you email how bus might be 20min late due to traffic (its off season) decided to ring after 2 hours and 9calls later i got true on the line lady on phone said they forgot for your pick up just take taxi and complain after that hang up the phone.

(Payed taxi 140e came to office on airport just to get peace of paper with email company is scamming people and dont mind you missing flight and being stranded there)

Absolutely horrendous!!! This is one of the transfer companies easyJet use as unfortunately was the one my family got stuck with. Placed BOTH cases onto the coach before getting on and my mums case which had all of her medication in had gone missing?? Wasn’t removed at the 2 hotel drop offs between our hotel and the airport so only logical explanation is that the driver coincidentally turned his back at the right time and someone stole it off. You’ve not even wanted to help whatsoever. Ruined our whole holiday and having to book an early flight home as can’t get hold of the diabetic medication my mum desperately needs. We have emailed which you have obviously ignored. Don’t even have the decency to attempt to help. This WILL be taken a LOT further and this won’t be the last you hear about this. Absolutely disgusting.
