I have now been to MEP Automocion for the 3rd time with different vehicles and even more varied problems. Each time I was listened to and treated very attentively. I received constructive proposed solutions promptly and truly reasonable repair quotes. The work was carried out and communicated promptly and competently each time. I am strongly impressed by the presence of the managing director and the employees, who all deal with one another as equals. I feel very well looked after by this team and would recommend it to anyone who appreciates such a rare service. The naturalness with which the managing director served me in my language is also a very trustworthy aspect for me. Today we took a car to this workshop because a potential buyer (the car is for sale) wanted them to look at it. They tell us it is losing water through the radiator and that it is quite low on water and it has to be changed. This seems quite strange to us because it is a new car, and in the year it has been with us we have never added water, and the warning light has never come on. We leave that workshop and go to our trusted workshop, which looks at the car and tells us that the car is completely dry underneath, that it is not leaking water, and that if the light had not come on for us and no water had been added, evidently the radiator did not need to be changed because it was fine. We go back again to the buyer's workshop and now they tell us it has a bit of residue, that at most perhaps water would have to be added at each oil change, if it was perhaps leaking something, that at no point was it wet, nor was there anything. The first time we go, the radiator has to be changed; the second time, no, and maybe add water at each oil change, and we are talking at least every 10 thousand km. What conclusion do we draw? That they wanted to make us believe that the car
