It was the first time we have used a pet hotel and we will definitely be using the Koala pets home the next time we travel. Due to a medical condition that our dog has it was difficult to find somewhere that would take her. She has medication every day. The vets at Koala made sure that the staff were aware of her treatment and were able to give it to her. Every day we received a little video of our dog enjoying the space at the centre. The staff were all very good towards her and I can't thank them enough for taking care of her.

First time using Koala pets home and we were very happy. Staff really friendly. Spacious areas for our dogs. We only left them for a few days but we received videos and photos while we were away. When we collected our dogs, they seemed very happy and well cared for. Will definitely use again and recommend to others.

The best service in tenerife ever! Here you will find everything. In addition to the excellent selection in the supermarket, there are excellent veterinarians. And it's inexpensive! And I’m especially happy when my dog’s nails are cut quickly and without my participation.
