I want to highlight the great experience I had taking the STCW passenger ship revalidation course at the Escuela Canaria de Navegación y Seguridad Marítima, at the facilities in Santa Cruz de Tenerife.

From the very first moment, the attention from the administration department was excellent: approachable, efficient and always willing to help with any question or procedure.

My experience at the Escuela Canaria de Navegación y Seguridad Marítima (ECNSM), located in the Mayorazgo industrial estate in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, has been simply excellent. During this month of training I have found a very professional, approachable team committed to teaching.

The teachers stand out not only for their knowledge, but also for their human quality. They knew how to make the classes dynamic, consistent and fun, making the learning enjoyable and effective. Their involvement is very noticeable, both in the classroom and in the practical sessions, as well as the good use of teaching resources, which make understanding the content much easier.

I also want to highlight the administration area, where they always made things easy for me. They were very empathetic, helping me at all times to balance course attendance with my family life, something I value enormously.

at the teaching level they explain the necessary knowledge correctly, and if they receive questions beyond what is required, they answer them properly. at the administrative level they provide very good support, explaining the procedures that must be carried out after finishing the course, which are not easy if you do not know the system.
