Have used these for many years. Not the cheapest but very professional. 24 hour turnout for lock emergencies. Their shop is large and well stocked and I get all my duplicate keys done there.

A huge locksmith workshop has a lot of variety. Very quick service, They instantly and accurately copy the keys. The staff speaks multiple languages.

Sales person was knowledgeable and very helpful. Installation and maintenance team also knowledgeable, professional and prompt. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the administration office lets them down. Not helpful but rather obstructive and could do with training in customer service.

Avoid at all costs!!! They installed smart locks from Yacan which all 3 didn't last even till the end of warranty and we had major security issues. Tried to return them under warranty but then they stopped replying. Now the warranty period is over and still bo reply.

Terrible service, very slow and understaffed. They have an excuse for everything that went wrong and on top of it all, it’s always the client who is to be blamed. The technicians are ok but the office girl is a nightmare, poorly educated and rude. You won’t get anything repaired unless you wait for a month and even then you have to call a zillion times to make sure the work is being done. Would recommend other repair stores instead.
