Highly recommended! We called and the experience was fantastic, especially thanks to Pedro. He's a true professional: punctual, friendly, and it's clear he knows his stuff.

I saw what looked like an infestation of ants with wings in my bathroom this morning, coming out the wood frame of the window, and immediately thought, termites! I called MasQuePlagas, and Ibraim picked up right away and was at our home less than an hour later. Luckily, this time it turned out that the infestation really was just ants with wings, so harmless. He warned me, however, that my area does have termite problems, and then he took the time to explain what I need to do to prevent an infestation (basically seal the wood borders around the windows with silicone and spray a bleach/water solution outside around the frames to ward them off). He was extremely responsive, helpful, and professional. I'm grateful that we didn't have a serious infestation this time, but if we ever do, I'm definitely going to call MasQuePlagas again.
