I contacted them today, March 17th, to get a quote for repairing a cistern. They were incredibly quick to get in touch and came to my house to take a look. Since I already had the replacement part, they installed it right away and fixed a flexible hose and the valve they found faulty.

Last Friday I had a problem with my water heater that required a complete replacement. I called them and they immediately made time to come and install the new one. Without their quick response, I would have been without hot water all weekend and on Monday (a public holiday). They were friendly and very efficient; I highly recommend their service.

Impeccable. We had a problem with the water flow due to a blockage in the water meter's shut-off valve, and they resolved it quickly and efficiently.

Furthermore, the service was excellent. From the very beginning, they took the time to explain the problem in detail and how to fix it.

I will definitely continue to call them.
