I would like to thank the kind young optician who spoke English for her amazing help! I had lost my glasses and only had my contact lenses with me. While searching for a new pair, I received such a warm welcome and great advice here at Prisma. A good pair of glasses has its price, but the optician really tried her best to help me find a suitable option as affordably as possible. Very competent and heart-warming. Plus, the service was incredibly fast: I was able to pick up my new glasses after just two days! I am so glad I found this shop. Highly recommended!

I went to Optica Prisma to get contact lenses for the first time during my holiday in Tenerife. A young employee was able to speak English with me, which worked perfectly. I felt very comfortable throughout the whole process and she made sure I would get the right contact lenses for my eye sight. In the end, I found the perfect ones.
