About

FYZIO KLINIK Tenerife is an appointment-led musculoskeletal clinic in Adeje, broader than a simple massage room. Its service mix covers complex physiotherapy, physio fitness, massage, chiropractic care and doctor services, so it is best treated as a planned-care contact where you choose the right specialist first.

Most clients describe professional, friendly staff, modern premises and clear explanations. One serious negative account describes lasting health impact after treatment, so do not book complex rehabilitation casually: send medical context, ask which clinician will handle the case and confirm treatment scope, price and follow-up before starting.

Found Fyzio Klinik on line. They are professional physiotherapists, helping with all kind of movement difficulties, and also teaching yoga, one on one, and the staff is extremely helpful and nice! Many thanks to my wonderful physiotherapist Diana who tought me new exercises for my broken wrist which have helped a lot to heal my wound. Thank you for your kindness Diana and of course for my wrist - now able to do a lot more! Movement is Medicine!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely outstanding care and service! I’ve used the services at PhysioKlinik multiple times and each visit has exceeded my expectations. The communication is smooth and professional, the team is highly skilled, and the overall approach is both caring and effective. It’s rare to find such a consistent level of expertise and genuine interest in the client’s well-being. After several experiences, I can confidently say there’s no need to look anywhere else on Tenerife. Highly recommended!

Exceptional, comprehensive, highly erudite and pleasant customer-oriented approach from the owners and the entire staff. Here, one is not afraid to entrust one's body to the hands of professionals, whether it is an acute case or prevention. I started coming here regularly and it is the first time in my life that someone has managed to arouse in me the inner motivation to exercise at home and thus achieve a set goal together and faster. The initial examination already testifies to professional knowledge and also the effort to understand the patient's problem or goal. A pleasant, peaceful environment where one feels welcome at every step, despite being just a short distance from the center of the everyday hustle and bustle of life. Here on the airy terrace you can easily come up with other thoughts or focus your mind on your body.

My experience with Fyzioklinik has had a serious and lasting impact on my health and quality of life, and I regret my decision to visit this clinic.

I visited Fyzioklinik more than a year ago due to neck pain. At that time, I had no chronic health conditions and was otherwise pain-free and physically active.

During my visit, one of the physiotherapists performed a spinal manipulation without first asking for my consent. The manipulation felt extremely forceful and was followed by symptoms that suggest a neurological reaction and possible long-term damage. Fibromyalgia has since been considered as a potential diagnosis. Initially, I experienced acute back pain that was aggravated by movement. More than a year later, I continue to suffer from spasms affecting the entire right side of my body during movement or exercise, extending from my shoulder blades to my hips and down to my feet.

At the time of this acute back pain, and without a clear diagnosis, I was referred to another therapist at Fyzioklinik. I was given exercises that, in retrospect, were not appropriate for a hypermobile person. I was advised to perform these exercises for 10 minutes daily. As I did not experience pain while performing them, I believed the exercises were suitable. However, after approximately three weeks, I developed significant hip pain and inflammation, which made walking difficult. These issues have persisted for over a year.

Despite multiple therapies, shockwave treatments, and various exercise programs, my condition has continued to worsen. It is possible that this is related to nervous system involvement combined with subsequent muscle overuse. Even mild physical activity now causes pain in my hips, groin, trochanteric area, and sitting area. Upper-body exercises consistently trigger spasms on the right side of my back.

Before my visit to Fyzioklinik, I was able to run, swim, and exercise without limitations. Currently, I am unable to walk without pain. I am 37 years old and have two young children, and these ongoing health issues have significantly affected my daily life.

After further complications arose, I felt that my concerns were no longer adequately addressed by the clinic. As I was no longer an active paying client, communication became limited. The clinic has not acknowledged responsibility for the harm I experienced, describing my condition instead as “an individual reaction to therapy.”
