Duke Gym Tenerife

Located in the grounds of the Duque hotel complex, accessed via the Dukes shopping mall. €15/ day or €45 for a week at time of review. Great range of machines, arranged in a common sense pattern back/ legs/ chest/ shoulders and free weights. Atmosphere and staff were both friendly and welcoming. The place was clean and well ventilated. Changing room (Male!) was clean, with showers, lockers and toilets available. Music was normal gym type high-energy background noise, but easily ignored with noise cancelling headphones (playing my own high-energy noise!). Theres branded merchandise for sale as well as the usual supplements. I also saw signs for both a Crossfit section and Power-lifting, though I didn't check those out. Overall; superb.

I’m an amateur boxer, Duke gym has offered me excellent experience and training in their top quality facility’s. If you’re a serious boxer wanting to learn and grow this is the place for you. Top lads, great boxers and very good coaches. I have nothing negative to say about this gym, everything is top class to the equipment to the fighters and coaches. (And has a brilliant weight room upstairs as well) 10/10

This gym is everything and more. I used dukes gym whilst on holiday in Tenerife. I’m on a physique program so I needed to train in a gym that was well equipped, this was exactly that. We had a fabulous smoothie made by the receptionist who was so lovely and friendly. We also had pt with Alan who pushed me to my limits. I have an injured shoulder which he worked around with pushing heavy weights on arms. The gym is very clean and all staff and clientele were really friendly. Thank you dukes gym you have an amazing gym. I will be back 💪🏽

Duke Gym Tenerife is a real gem for resistance training. Great selection of machines, well set up for proper lifting, and a solid atmosphere. Well worth a visit if you are in the area.

A class gym on the island of Tenerife with top class facilites the machines are of the higest quality it has a boxing club down stairs which is equiped with everything including a top class boxing ring. Fitness classes are unreal workouts and are always varied. Coaches are super approachable and the staff are very helpful👋 Positive and fun environment has given me a chance to meet new people! Highly recommend big shout out to Ross,James and Dylan!! Top lads.👍 🥊
