Adults-only rooftop cocktail bar
4.5 (5)Costa Adeje10-25 €

Zambra Skybar is the Costa Adeje rooftop to consider when the view and adults-only hotel setting matter as much as the drink itself. The fifth-floor GF Victoria setting gives you panoramic views, signature cocktails, day-pass access and the hotel’s floating glass-pool backdrop.
The review signal is mixed enough to be useful. Guests praise the views, staff, large drinks list, blankets and heaters on colder evenings and the polished hotel setting. The caveats are price/value and friction: reviews mention an oversweet margarita for the price, unclear signs inside the hotel, and one adult-only enforcement concern. Best for a planned rooftop or sunset drink, not the cheapest cocktail stop.

Such a great roof bar! You’re immersing yourself in absolutely amazing atmosphere from the moment you step into the GF modern and luxury hotel. The roof bar is located at 5th floor with stunning views at Costa Adeje and its surroundings. The staff is extremely attentive, friendly and helpful. The drinks tho?! It’s totally different story! You’ve never had such a premium, luxury and well presented drinks! When they say they have the best barmans, I can confirm it is correct. If you don’t visit them at least once, you’re totally missing out!

We had many cocktails here, the views are excellent the staff amazing. Nothing is to much for them. If you’re there on a colder evening they offer blankets and are happy to re-seat you closer to the heaters.
The drinks list is rather massive and you will certainly have no problem finding something to your taste.
Fantastic night will be back again 😃

Great spot ! Fantastic cocktails. Just a shame there’s no proper checks on under 18’s. ID should be asked for. Here now and there’s clearly a child here and parents were ‘asked’ if he was over 18. That was it. Parents said yes and drinks were served. Not great. We came here for an adult experience. Other than that, great!

Nice view but below average cocktails for the price - I had an oversweet Margarita. The weather was windy but blankets were offered to us. No clear signs on how to find the place - it was in a hotel.

We took our friends to this bar as we know it has good cocktails and an outstanding view. We have stayed here a few times previously and used the bar, and now that we have a place in the area we thought we would take our visitors to it for drinks. We went around 4pm in the afternoon for the day time view and a few drinks, before heading off to an early dinner. The experience was so disappointing that we ended up staying for one drink and heading to another rooftop bar instead. We had to attract attention when arriving as it seemed the two ladies behind the bar were too busy round the back playing with phones and dancing! We sat down and asked for a menu but were told to use our phones and it’s QR code only. However only one of us had a phone with us (so they don’t get taken), no hard copy menu was offered. We had to attract attention to order, as again, the ladies kept disappearing to the room behind the bar messing about. Cocktails came quickly and for the most part were good, and we were offered some nuts. There was no one else around so the atmosphere was flat, even with the great view. Also a couple came up with their 5yr old child running around (bar is 18 years min only) and
