Lucky Helado’s ginger with honey and lemon sorbet was absolutely phenomenal. The ginger was bold and warming, the lemon was bright and refreshing, and the balance was perfect. Every spoonful was bursting with real flavor. It was so good that my sister and I went back for another flavor without hesitation. That is how you know a place is doing sorbet right.

Just amazing!! Very unique flavors and incredible texture! The wafer cone is also very tasty and fresh! Also staff member Tomas was very kind and he gave us to try few flavours to choose from

Delicious ice cream, one of the best I've had in the island! You can tell it's homemade with high quality ingredients. Located in a great location, next to Plaza de España. The prices are normal and the treatment is kind. We will definitely come back to try more flavors!

I’ve never had such an experience while eating ice cream. Best tasting i’ve ever had. Lemon tastes like straight up juice just squeezed a sacond ago from the fruit. I will be longing for this taste when i’m back at home. Thank you Lucky Helado! 😋🍦

Poor gelato! In taste and quality. There are much better heladerias in Santa Cruz. Truly disappointing if you know how a good helado tastes.
